This tool can be used in three ways:

• Applicant Narrative for first-person text that can be copied and pasted into an application

• Verifier Narrative for third-person text that can be used by the person verifying the work experience

• Employer Letter for a formal letter that a former employer or supervisor can review, place on letterhead, sign, and submit
